Experience
April has practiced law in Washington D. C. and New York, in the
fields of employee benefits, tax, employment and labor law and immigration
law. She has served as counsel to Members of the
National Labor Relations Board and numerous Boards of Trustees of
multi-employer pension and health benefit funds, and represented
funds and unions in negotiations, compliance and litigation. April is
admitted to practice in the Courts of New York State and the United
States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern
Districts of New York. |
